Juding by most of the rest of lj, this is where I make an overwhelmingly condescending post about the US election.

I went to the dentist at 9am this morning. Unfortunately my appointment was yesterday.

I have to go to Preston for a meeting. This is much less enjoyable now I can't combine it with meeting up with [livejournal.com profile] nerdcakes.

I looked up MANY celebrity birthdays yesterday and NOT ONE of them came up in the pub quiz. I was livid.

I'm sorry I talked about the election. I meant to post about jelly or something instead. I do keep going back to add extra cynicism. I've heard people say today is not a day for cynicism. It's a fecking election day. If you can't get your cynicism out on election day, when can you? I am directing this rant at quite the wrong person. I'm sorry.

My dentist appointment is tomorrow. I should've gone today too and then probably our timing errors would've cancelled out and we'd both have seen the dentist. I hope they're making you pay a fine.

I share my birthday with Alan Bennett. And [livejournal.com profile] calapine. Well done me.

NO I DON'T. I hope they're NOT making you pay a fine. I probably should read comments instead of just CURSING people.

I agree more with your first point! I read it and thought that they really should have, but they didn't, and felt guilty.

I could send you some PLAGUE, if you like, to help with the redemption process. I couldn't really. I just thought it'd be polite to offer.

No. No, that would be TOO FAR, thank you. I will probably develop some all on my own. Or, more likely, find out when I eventually do get to an appointment that I need very painful procedures.

It is specifically the patronising proud-of-ickle-America posts that are riling me. General thoughtful reflections are quite interesting.

I didn't have too many of them. Mostly I had people bursting randomly into tears. It was ... quite odd.
