Organisational charts, Felicity

I have just seen this question on an application form for a research post:

"Please draw an organisation chart showing your position in your present or most recent organisation"

Is this a normal sort of question to expect? Do you think that they would also accept a more abstract representation of my position in my organisation, done in Paint? Mine is me hiding behind a wall from my supervisors, while some students hide behind another wall from me, and we all cower from the funding bodies. In several shades of grey.

I finished watching the first series of Felicity. I wish they'd ALL got hit by buses. They have no notion what reasonable standards of behaviour are, and even the inclusion of Boggle in one episode cannot endear me to them. At one point, they went to do group study IN THE SILENT READING ROOM. Then, when people quite reasonably shushed them, instead of exiting shame-faced, they GIGGLED. Then they had an argument IN THE SILENT READING ROOM. I shall be watching the other series as soon as I remember to download them, but they are all horrible, self-centred idiots. None of them deserve such nice dorm rooms. AND BEN IS NOT REMOTELY ATTRACTIVE.

The reason I like Noel is because I'm a sucker for unrequited love, and he fancies Felicity for ages and sort of gets her and loses her. I think. But yes, they are all terrible.

In the first series "ages" is a mere matter of episodes! I am perfectly prepared to believe that they drag it out over several series, but at the moment all that happened is he wanted her, then they go out, then they break up.

Oh, maybe I just remember it differently. Plus I don't know how time moves in the episodes, it's not like an ep is one day, so it's months at least, or it felt like that.

I'm not really sure if her relationship with Noel is dragged out. I think Ben is, on and off and on and off, blah blah. I don't think they are a very good match.
