I think Lily is still quite annoying, though I didn't have as much exposure to Willow as you, so perhaps she is a welcome relief. I really loved the first two or three series of HIMYM, but it's not nearly so funny now. I don't care who the mother is, and I find it bizarre whenever they reintroduce that whole thing in random episodes.
