Oooh - your post made me clamp my knees together in sympathy. I remember going to have a cap fitted years ago and my doctor, after minutes of what I can only describe as rummaging around in there, said my uterus was too retroverted for him to fit it onto my cervix, so he thought an alternative method of contraception would be better.
