I found out that I'm 43rd in line for the new Reacher book, so I just ordered it on Amazon instead. Can't wait. Nearly splashed out for 1st class post before coming to my frugal senses.

The flat is very cold. I found my fan heater though, so I am making one side of my body toasty warm, which unfortunately accentuates the coldness of the other side.

I have watched all of s1 of Party Down, and am halfway through the second, and I really really love it. They are at a party with Steve Guttenberg! I like Steve Guttenberg.

I am going to an event all day tomorrow, and so I don't need to be there until 10am. Lie-in! I have to go to a lecture in the evening, but that will be added to flexi time, so I'll be several hours in advance, oh yes. Wine and canapes on work time!

I found an aerial skills class, so I'll be doing that next month. Trapeze, silks and rope. It is on a Friday so at least I'll be able to recover the use of my arms over the weekend.

What small things are happening to you that are pleasing?

OH, I love the Steve Guttenberg episode of Party Down. I also love the one with JK Simmons but I IMAGINE that probably that one just made you cry a lot.

Aerial skills class sounds awesome! And I am quite jealous of your lie in. I had a shower tonight and I am menstruating. Both of these things have made my life better.

I had a bath last night. It was pretty nice, also I have clean sheets.

I'm missing Jane Lynch in series 2. She was a brilliant character. I was initially upset that no-one came to her party, but then she turned out horrible.

I WANT CLEAN SHEETS! I should clean my sheets.

Jane Lynch was ridiculously great. It was mostly having seen Party Down that made me finally watch Glee. So, you know, Party Down has its hazards.
