It's sort of surreal to read your article, because all of the other entries on my friends list are wistful outpourings of grief for some of our friends that just died--but I mean that in a good way. When you are knee-deep in death, it's nice to have a reminder that life goes on. I'm sorry that this is the first comment I've given you in such a while; I plead extenuating circumstance (spuriously).
