I keep not posting book lists and meaning to catch up later, so I am going to post this now and hope to resume my usual write-ups at the end of August. I think I've actually missed out some of the books I've read in the past few months, but I need to draw one of those lines people keep talking about in interminable meetings at work. Hmm. The Real Rebecca was great, Caddy's World somewhat disappointing (and anachronistic) but still lovely, The Maker's Mask and sequel brilliant, The Surprise of Cremona intruiging, The Passport disappointingly dry.
