(no subject)

My new officemate has moved in today. He is very nice, but also rather cheerful, and I am not looking forward to the necessity for bright conversation of a morning. And there will have to be polite conversations about whether to have the window open or not, and I shall feel awkward eating, having an untidy desk, making personal phone calls or watching TV while working (my tasks at the moment include a hell of a lot of c&ping, so I'm taking advantage of the unblocked youtube to get me through it). Is it even worth coming to work if these pleasures are denied me?

My parents brought me prawn cocktail crisps over this weekend. I shall have to wait until I am alone to enjoy them.
