Mar. 10th, 2015 10:43 pmI don't recall actually reading The Juba Telegraph, but it's a newspaper I notice a lot because of its advertising. It seems to be a stately publication, with a no-nonsense monogram of TJT and a semicircle as a logo - the semicircle perhaps indicating an interest in global news.
To immature eyes, however, I'm afraid they've just written "tit" and put a boob underneath it.
