I have had medical students in for all of my recent dermatology appointments. It may have helped me be more confident about it that I was reasonably knowledgeable about what I was there for, and facial acne doesn't involve taking your clothes off in front of them. I actually found it interesting to observe the consultant teaching them, and the way they responded.
