I took my friends to see him (or rather, they said "shall we meet up", and I sent them a link to my google calender and told them to slot themselves in somewhere and they came to this), and was feeling a bit nervous about having chosen it, but they liked him a lot, so it was all good. K is German though, and she said she had a hard time following some of it because she didn't get the cultural references, which I should have thought about.
