At both the signed events I've been to, the comedians made a point of saying rude words, and then whipping round gleefully to see what the sign was. The interpreter only hesitated once, at having to translate "fuck me up the arse!", which (to me) looked rather similar to the sign to "fuck", and I wonder if there's a distinction.
