I love licquorice (except possibly the Scandinavian salty version) and am generally perplexed by people who don't. I would probably assume it's meant to represent a 'love or hate' sort of taste, like Marmite (I do like Marmite but would probably draw the line at Marmite ice-cream), but I don't really know anything about the divisiveness of Deluises.
