I am sorry about the downness and the sickness and the losing-the-phone.

If the cereal is a non-healthy one (frosties or cornflakes or similar), it will probably be ok for your tummy troubles, but less so if it full of nuts and seeds and wholegrains and dried fruit. Think white foods, like rice and toast.

I will remember to wash under my pants with vigour. As indeed should we all.
