Two recs.

The first is a faithful, and wonderful, sequel to I Capture the Castle, The Account Book, by ankaret.

The second is crossover online picture book: Alien vs Pooh. It is BRILLIANT. Funny, scary, sad and surprisingly in character.

I didn't really get Piglet's skull face. I think I'm missing a reference to something that lands on someone's back and rips off another person's face. In Predator there's a scorpion on a back, but that's it. May have to go read the horrifying story again.
