Looking into booking my first night's accommodation in Tashkent, I found a recommendation for this place: http://tashkent-apartment.com/ But if you scroll down the page, their last comment is "Note: We allow no harlotry", and while it's not my actual plan to go there and harlot it up, what if that changes and my harlotry is constrained?
Last night I watched a couple of episodes of My Two Dads, where Michael DeLuise plays two different characters. It is not his finest hour, but I feel he was constrained by the format. The second one ASTOUNDED me. I know times have changed, but still. The plot was - M DeLuise asks out the Dads' Daughter's friend, Shelby. Then he tells his friend that he's pretty sure they're going to Do It. The Dads overhear this, and hotfoot it home to Daughter, and basically try to convince her to stop being friends with Shelby. WTF? It wouldn't be explicable even if they'd overheard Shelby saying she wanted to Do It, but they DIDN'T, they heard a dreadful boy (a beautiful boy, but contextually a quite dreadful one) saying that he made assumptions about what she wanted. AND THEY SAID SHE MUST THEREFORE NOT HAVE FRIENDS. Don't worry, it all ends happily once Daughter proves to her that the boy is a pig, and she was WRONG to think she might have sex with him, and the episode ends with no mention whatsoever that sex might be remotely pleasureable for women. In the earlier episode a boy breaks the door of a coffee shop with a motorbike and has to work off the repayments. Michael DeLuise is a "friend" who comes in to torment him. He orders a burger and waves money around. I HATE My Two Dads, they make Michael DeLuise be horrible people.
I also found that, because Class Cruise features young ladies in bikinis, there are a couple of very short clips of it on youtube. Michael DeLuise is in the background of both of this, he seems to be some sort of filmaker. He has a big video camera and he films people with it. The comments to the clips ignore his contribution entirely, in favour of senseless objectifying remarks. I spam-marked the most misogynist ("rapeable", was the comment in its entirety).
I also found a small clip of Hard Time: The Premonition on youtube, which had a tiny bit of Michael DeLuise appearing at someone's door to get a serpent tattoo. He was wearing enormously high-prescription glasses. If it were any other actor I would assume that, based on his billing, he does more than that, but I have no idea.
Encino Man wasn't a huge misogynist disappointment! It was still pretty sexist, but that almost seems like a quaint amusement in comparison. Michael DeLuise is a bully who does several great things - moving his head into frame and shaking it at Sean Astin when he is trying to wave at his girlfriend, skating lithely on a rink, looking beautiful while stapling Sean Astin to a wall and writing "Eat Me" on his head, and getting laughed at when trying to reveal that Brendan Fraser is a caveman.

Date: 2012-04-14 04:01 pm (UTC)People should just give you all the Michael DeLuise stuff without any tedious mucking around with credit card details, because you are clearly appreciating him properly and are the WORLD EXPERT on him. Are you doing this because of planning to go on Mastermind?
