Trying to make other people do my bidding

Last November lots of people did daily outfit blogging. I really liked that, and I'd like to encourage you all to do it again, so that I have more things to read, and can think about clothes more, and and and I JUST WANT YOU TO POST.

I tried on a lovely tweed suit in JL yesterday (have birthday tokens to spend). The skirt was a good fit but the jacket was an abominable fit (too short, bust darts in wrong place, sleeves too tight).

I am also contemplating this skirt and/or this dress.

I can't decide what I think about the Hobbs suit - something about the stripes (though that might be the monitor not coping). The two Phase Eight ones are lovely.

I think it might be the monitor; it's not as harsh as that in person, and much more about squares than stripes. The yellow colour is more golden yellow than the slightly orangey colour it is on my monitor.

The Phase Eight skirt is not in the shop so I have not seen it in person. The skirt makes me smile with its clash of stripes and flowery brocade pattern. The dress is in the shop and I think the colours are nicer in person on that too.
