Though more cheerfully, one of the schools here is called Tiit-Cok. I'm sure it's pronounced quite sensibly, properly, but I know no better and so it pleases me greatly.
Ah yes! When I was in Delhi earlier this year I discovered Panickers Guesthouse and Panickers Travel Agency. It turns out not to be a line of facilities for the unusually nervous but a Keralan family name.
That is a brilliant name! A couple of my friends moved to Hong Kong after we did the MA and were talking on Facebook about a music festival called Cockenflap, which we all found immensely amusing. Devastatingly, we found out that it's actually Clockenflap :(
