I am at the Paley Centre, having managed to leave the airport in time to spend 2 hours watching Michael DeLuise TV shows otherwise entirely unavailable to me. Unfortunately it tuns out that the word "otherwise" is not necessary in that sentence, as despite having records and indeed acquisition numbers, they do not in fact exist. So I have gone from overexcited to rather devastated. I am watching The Jackie Thomas Show with a babyfaced Breckin Meyer instead. Then I don't know, maybe back to the airport via a supermarket. Bah.

I'm really sorry about the Deluiselessness, and also sorry you had to watch the jackie thomas show. It is Not Breckin's Best. I've actually only seen a couple of episodes, and considering some of the things I bothered to watch, oh my goodness.

The pilot was quite fun - I ended up watching it becasue for a museum of TV and radio they have very very little that is interesting. I was so cross, I had three different DeLuise things lined up, and then nothing. I searched the archive for anything a DeLuise was in that I hadn't seen, then thought I might as well look for other people - they had nothing at all with Keira Knightley (who I suppose has done almost no TV and nothing American). When you think of how lovely Married to the Kellys is, it was very sad.
