I finally managed to download some things, Scandal, Grey's Anatomy, and Game of Thrones.

In Scandal Cyrus telling Liv he was so glad she never had therapy was WONDERFUL. I also really like Melly and Susan together in the oval office. I would love them to run on the same ticket, and be lovely president and vice-presidents together. Have vice presidents ever viced for more than one president?

In Grey's Anatomy I realised that without knowing it I was rooting for Arizona to win. I liked very much that they didn't really make that much of it being two women in a custody battle, or that Arizona wasn't involved in the conception or gestation, except when they had some little homilies to hammer it home. I just thought that it wasn't fair that Callie suddenly decided that of course she could leap to New York, and uproot whatever the child's name is, and landed it on Arizona.

In Game of Thrones I wished that they'd just cast Sean Bean as young Sean Bean and just taped back his wrinkles and filmed him with vaseline. I googled "who's dead on Game of Thrones" and Paddy Garvey (Bronn) is apparently listed as active on their wiki, so I will keep hoping he might pop up again. I am bored of Arya talking about "the girl" and hope she gets back to killing people.

And the Good Wife finished! It was a kind of amazing way to end, even though I wanted Alicia and Diane to be happy together forever.

I am trying to keep knitting but my cardigan is so boring and I messed up the bust darts and am in no way prepared to rip back, so even when I finish it's not going to be super pleasing. I am about 1 cm away from my natural waist, and then I increase a little for the hips and then I get to STOP. If I do some short rows at the back, maybe I can make it match the droop at the front and look like it's one of those tops that swoops at the front and back and is shaped over the stomach instead.

I agree with you about Grey's. I've disliked Arizona a lot over the last couple of seasons (I think they've kind of annihilated her character) but was very much on her side. Callie didn't even think about her when deciding to leave. It was all 'I'm in love with Penny, bye' (didn't they like, JUST meet? It's hard to tell with timeframes on Grey's). Ugh.

It certainly can't be very long since they met, and also you'd think Mer might be a little bit "hmm" at the fact that it's the woman she blamed for killing her husband, rather than thinking it's a great idea for her to move away.

Ugh, I was sososososo completely on Arizona's side. They made Callie really awful about it and I don't get why all those people would just naturally agree to be on her side. Surely more of them would have been like Alex and said no to both of them because they had no reason to agree that either one of them was better than the other and Callie was the one trying to break everything up anyway so I think Arizona would have had more sympathy. I like that Bailey judged Callie hardest for taking a demotion, and basically went into court and said that Arizona was a better role model and therefore a better mother. I love Bailey so much.

And I'm super happy that the good wife finished brilliantly, I don't know why but I was worried they'd ruin it a bit just at the end. But they didn't and it was beautiful and I was sad that Will existed all over again and if he was going to ghost anyone he should have ghosted Diane, but apart from that.

CYRUS AND OLIVIA FOR EVER! I have just seen the last one, I love that Cyrus double-crossed to get to be VP. But it made me sad that his murderous boyfriend was ditched, they were so happy and murdery together.

BAILEY ALSO FOR EVER IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WAY. Yes exactly to obviously she thinks that the best mother is the one who does the most surgeoning in the best way.
